In our practice of #BusinessImprovement, we constantly come across #situations from where, a #BusinessOperator sees no way out! Like being stuck in a tub of sticky bitumen!

Bigger businesses can afford to manage complexities as they are generally wired in a complex manner. There is no simple ‘decide and do’ technique available to them any longer. We are not getting into that discussion in this post, though.

What we wish to point out is that smaller companies should avoid complexities as long as they are small and can navigate challenges in a flat and less arduous manner.

It is common to see the HR department hiring a Training service provider. Growth and strategic needs calling for engagement of a Business Consultant. The Founder/CEO having a separate Coach/Mentor. Now that’s the complexity-picture we are referring to.

We saw this with our experience and saw that it was addressable by providing a suite of “core-management-services” from one point. That’s when we created our Burger-model, shown in the picture. Now we just sell Burgers. We play with the layers and stack it with our ingenuity and experience. But we just sell Burgers
