Sakti Mukherjee
Founder & CEO
Sakti has over 45 yrs of experience in building & managing diverse businesses that include Restructuring, Turnaround & multiple M&As transactions. His journey from being a Shift-engineer to holding multiple Board-roles make him a humble but powerful Leadership Coach and a Management Strategist. Sakti is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified CEO & Executive Coach. He is also a Certified Balanced Scorecard Practitioner. Sakti has served as a CEO / Group-CEO / Board Member of several large businesses in India & internationally over the last 3 decades. He worked as an Investment Director in Africa for CDC Group PLC, UK (now BII) and played a leading role in setting up the CDC East Africa Office in Nairobi, Kenya.
